		<description>Hi, as an IBMer I couldn't resist commenting. I did not know that IBM does not track our holiday time, but I had a feeling that might true. But you should know that they track our utilization (hours billed vs. hours not-billed) very closely. In other words, sure, I can take two or three or four weeks off, but when my utilization numbers fall below their very high targets, you can be sure my manager is asking questions. Note too that I think IBM is a great company to work for. The trust they give their employees is a model for other companies, including libraries. Also, it should be noted that there are significant undercurrents happening at IBM with a younger generation of employees shaking off the old stuffy image and embracing 2.0. I can't wait for IBM and libraries to get together. I'm doing what I can to make it happen. Cheers.</description>
